I’ve become more and more interested in the art of cuisine as well as music over the past several months. So much so that I’m trying to include some new chef terminology into the radio program. It’s one thing to use the terms “seasoning, spice, flavor, taste, buffet,” and so on. It turns out that these words are like the first words in a chef’s language. And there are tons more things to learn for me. Since I’m not in chef’s school, learning the terminology and methodology is a bit tricky. But fortunately, I have a few colleagues who are in the cooking industry (and my wife is very knowledgeable about it too).
