Closing Conversations

It’s been a real joy to air the conversations I’ve had with various emerging indie musicians over the past several weeks.  And it was a real honor to get to speak with Juan Williams as well.  That series will come to an end this weekend with a conversation with the winner of the 2009 Best New Artist Golden Fork Award-Hannah and the Bloodlines.

Hannah Sumner, lead singer and songwriter, and I had a great chat a few weeks back and I’ll share that conversation with listeners to The Appetizer.  They’re working on some new material and have modified their sound a little over the past year.  You’ll hear Hannah go into more detail on that, where they’re playing and a whole lot more.  Check it out.

You can get more info on all the goings on with Hannah and the Bloodlines at www.myspace.com/hannahandthebloodlines
