Au Courant Menu(03-17-12)

This week we’re serving up fresh, crisp new tastes of music this hour from both indie and
known artists, as well as an icon or 2, all with just released material. Our episode
this time is titled Music Au Courant, meaning new music. Brand new songs from
singer/songwriter Joe Pug’s latest, also Madi Diaz, The Walla Recovery, Adele, and
songs from The Boss’ latest that I’ve not been able to stop dining on since it came
out. Wrecking Ball was released a few weeks ago and it blends some very interesting styles together, which of course appeals to me. It’s also the last studio recordings of E-Street member and saxophonist Clarence Clemons.

I’m really looking forward to serving you with all this delectable flavor. Also a band that I’ve known for several years that has undergone a lot of change over the past 12 months. Formerly a 6-piece group now trimmed down to 3 members, Austin’s The Rocketboys have a new album on its way out titled Build Anyway (due in June). Also a tasty bite from Joe Pug’s soon-to-be-released album The Great Despiser and music from a new band called The Walla Recovery. Enjoy!
