Sound Bites: Drinking Song

danburyrobot2 I’m not sure if the genre of drinking songs was birthed in the highlands of the UK or by the Vikings, but I am a fan. Though Whiskey In The Jar is probably the most well-known song of the bunch, here’s a new one for the mix.

Brought to you by alt-rockers The Danberry Lie, the appropriately (and easy to remember) titled Drinking Song celebrates one of my favorite past-times-great beer. Nothing overly complicated here. Just a good song and one for the “Drinking Song” libraries, even if not taken literally. Pour another glass and check out the tune.
