The Science Of Letting Go Playlist & Player

There is a lot of significance in this week’s episode. It culminates a several-month-long overall theme of heartbreak, redemption, healing and hope. I’m sure you’ve experienced some portion of these elements in your life at some point, and wanted a soundtrack to help you through the process. I’ve experienced (and am experiencing) this process. Music has been my therapy. I’ve always wanted this radio platform to be something more than just a series of songs played. It’s an experience that brings you into a journey, a bigger story, one you can insert your story in if you allow yourself to.

This week that culmination takes place with this finely curated playlist centering on how to let go of the past, let go of the hurt, let go of the things that didn’t go the way you wanted and move on. In life, this is a difficult thing to do. But thankfully, we have great music to help us out.

This is also the final week that The Appetizer Radio Show will be a 2 hour program. Starting the week of November 4, 2017 we will go back to what we began as, a 1-hour weekly program. With everything that’s transpired this year, keeping up with 2 hours has become more than I can personally handle each week. Don’t worry, this show isn’t going anywhere. We’re just fine-tuning.

Enjoy!
